Application connector pricing

Application connectors (e.g. HubSpot, Shopify, Google Ads) are available on Builder plans and above and are priced separately from your seat subscription:
  • $100/month per connector — includes 200k record updates per month
  • Additional records: $50 per 100k records (prorated)
  • Overage limit: We automatically set an overage cap of $400 per connector (configurable in your settings). If you reach this limit, your sync will be paused and you’ll receive an email notification.
The 200k monthly records included in the base price is sufficient for most connectors. High-volume sources like ads platforms, product event tracking, email tracking, or IoT data may exceed this limit.

Managing your subscription

Upgrading or downgrading

To change your plan, navigate to Settings → Billing in your Fabi.ai workspace. From there you can:
  • Upgrade to a higher tier at any time — changes take effect immediately
  • Downgrade at the end of your current billing period
  • Add or remove builder seats on Builder and Team plans

Free trial

Builder and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you’ll be prompted to enter payment details to continue.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which it will revert to the Starter (free) plan.
